"This hotel was much closer to the train station that I had first thought. Clean and welcoming. Luca was very friendly and polite. He stored our bags until our room was ready. He informed us about local places to eat etc and marked on the map. He told us we had been given a free upgrade with a city view and balcony. The view was the highlight, wow!! The only downside was that the room was so noisy!! The trams run very late through the night and make so much noise. At first we thought it was the trains but defijitely the trams which run by the hotel. This was an issue the first night but our 2nd night, we were so exhausted we slept through most of it. The room itself was basic but clean. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is probably not for you. But having said all that, it was convenient for the station and walkable to the centre, very close by. Breakfast was nice too, plenty choices."
