"Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot."

"I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Don Rafa. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re transported into a space curated by people who appreciate art and history. The room was lovely and so comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant with its beautiful views. The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the history of region. We also liked the close proximity to local shops and the ability to cross over into the Condado region by...

"Hotel El Covento was exquisite! The property was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The staff delivered a complimentary bottle of wine with a handwritten note congratulating us. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and kind. A special shout out to the front desk and to the bartenders who made us feel so welcome!"

"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."

"Everything was amazing!!!!"

"Amazing stay, friendly staff and good food. Only thing I didn’t like that we had to pay to access the nightclub even though we were staying on property. I think since we are already paying to stay there, night club access should be included, especially since the club wasn’t great to begin with."

"Very clean. And in a very centric area."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views of Old San Juan and making for an unforgettable experience. There were only a few minor things I wasn’t particularly fond of. The elevators can take a while to come up or down, although it wasn’t much of an issue for me since I was staying on the second floor. The food at the restaurant was good, but I felt it was a...

"Perfect location at a great price. Felt safe in the heart of Old Town. Right next door to the Department of State and across the street from Plaza de Armas. Bonus, there is a small slushy store to the right of the entrance that sells small liquor bottles, water, juice etc and the afternoon/night clerk gives great local travel tips and advice."

"The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you."

"No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again."
