The pool has secure access, with a door so that children cannot enter without supervision. The main house has a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen so you can prepare your meals comfortably. There is a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third bedroom in the pool area with a double bed and an independent bathroom, ideal for greater privacy.The location is quiet, about 6 km from urban areas where you can do your shopping or use the Rural Shopper service available from our website. Access is via a dirt road in good condition, suitable for utility vehicles. Additionally, the 15MB internet connection and good 4G/5G mobile coverage keep you connected if you wish.You will be able to relax on the 30 m² terrace or in the enclosed garden, enjoying the outdoors and nature. The house has air conditioning and heat pump for your comfort in any season, as well as fans, heating and private parking in the same building.
