Looking for an updated condo in great proximity to everything you will need? This is it…in Carterville! Recently updated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Pet friendly! Wether you are traveling for work, family coming to visit or just want a little trip away! 15 minutes between SIU and Marion. Carterville is a little town with a great antique store, a bakery, ice-cream shop and pizza parlor!

As premier hosts with Vrbo we take into consideration everything you will need while staying at our condo. Both bedrooms have queen beds. A full bath and fully stocked kitchen. This may be a new listing, but we are not new to the vacation rentals! We have two cottages on the wine trail in Southern Illinois.

If you are coming down to explore, crab orchard is minutes away. Great for boating and fishing! Also hunting in season. More into the wineries? Walkers bluff, Honker Hill and Monte Alegre Vineyard are close by.

Quaint and quiet

Perfect location for a quick stay near Carbondale. The home was inviting, clean, and made for a relaxing couple night’s stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This location worked great for us. The space was clean and comfortable. We only had coffee so I don’t know how well stocked the kitchen was if you were cooking. We would stay again!

Beautiful

This by far has been my favorite place to stay when i visit home. This will now be my go to spot. Perfect size, clean, and felt like home. It was a little hard to recognize from the gps. The condo is attached to a business in the same building. Once I saw the sign i knew i was in the right place! Definitely will be back it was great!

A perfect little home away from home!

Visiting our daughter in Carbondale, staying here we were 10 minutes away! The price was comparable to having a hotel room, but we had what amounted to a whole little home with a great open plan kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, laundry and the best shower. Our hosts were very friendly, quick to respond and gave spot on directions on how to check in and leave. This made our stay so much more enjoyable, thank you Patrick and Jennifer B. for sharing your home with us. D&P

Updated and spacious

Very clean. Suited our needs well. Quiet place to unplug after SIU family weekend events. Close enough for campus activities yet distant enough for our student to feel a little break and allow us to hang out for an evening. Owner promptly replied to answer question. Enjoyed late night ice cream just down the road.

The property is just as advertised. My husband and I had a great time with our friends from TN. This we as halfway between where we live and where they live so the location was ecactly what we needed. We had the best time and would book this place again. Excellent Experience!

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo instead of booking a hotel. It was wonderful! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and a lovely property! The location was great and the hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages. I would most definitely recommend the Magnolia Inn condo to family and friends!
