"Staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Reception did not offer the Ticino Card at check in. On arrival our room was not very clean and was not cleaned well during our 3 night stay. We did however like the location."

The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"

"Its an alright hotel, it's a bit outdated, and the room was fine but nothing special. The listing also says it's in the center of town, and it is about a twenty-minute walk or a mile from Paradiso. "
