"We received a warm welcome, and were shown quickly to a room that was clean, well laid out and more importantly kept cool. The area around the pool was busy but there was space on loungers whenever we visited. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of different options. "Wir hatten die Villa für ein Familientreffen für eine Woche. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Mit 11 Personen und 2 Kleinkindern hatten wir reichlich Platz. Der Poolbereich war der Treffpunkt tagsüber. Der Blick über San Teodoro zum Tavolara immer ein Highlight. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit dem großen Granit-Tisch diente für die Mahlzeiten und gemütliche Abende bei Kerzenschein. Die Küchen mit den großen Kühlschränken und dem großen Herd war angemessen ind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Uns hat die Lage etwas abseits, sehr ruhig aber doch nahe an der Schnellstrasse und an San Teodoro, Porto Ottiolu und Budoni mit den vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Stranden gut gefallen. Achtung, die letzten 500m Zufahrt ist ein Feldweg und nicht für Sportwagen geeignet! Ein Auto ist wegen der Lage erforderlich."

"Mario’s home was absolutely perfect, we had a wonderful stay. The property is stunning, patio is large and has an amazing view of mountains and sea. It also has the best view of the sunrise! The location is perfect, you are a 5 min drive from downtown san Teodoro, only 20mins from the airport, and within 15 mins of so many great beaches. Perfect central location but also so quiet and peaceful. The house is very large, you get the upper level with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Mario lives at the lower level and is an active farmer, he had piglets during our stay, it was so much fun to see them every morning! There are also various fruit trees on the property which Mario said we could enjoy the fruits from. The house was stocked with essentials such as towels, toilet paper, paper towel, salt, oil etc. Mario was an excellent host, he provided us with 2 sets of keys and gate fobs as we had 2 cars. We stayed with an infant and he was kind enough to have a crib set up in our room. He also gave us a bottle of wine on check in. Overall excellent stay, highly recommend!"
