"We look forward to our Stowe weekend at Spruce Peak every year! While the weather was a little warmer and snow a little stickier than we would have liked, we had a great time! We just love this location...great lobby, restaurant, village, and pool. King bed was so comfortable. My daughter complains about pullouts, but this one was so comfortable and we were provided real sheets, blankets, pillows, and fluffy comforter! We would return next year!"

" Staying at the Spruce easy to check in, park, have bellman service. Love ski locker, pool, hot tub, and closeness to ski school. Some things that would make it better just for our family is sharpen knives and bigger refrigerator since we cook all meals while we are there. Only comment would be who to call if needed something fixed (many light bulbs are burnt out) as well as check out process listed. Otherwise beautiful mini apartment and we had a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone!"

"The breakfast both mornings was delightful - homemade, fresh, & absolutely delicious. The food is well presented with every detail covered! Each item is described via a small blackboard on the wall. The breakfast room is comfortable as well as quite functional. Juice carafes are available on the small tables too. The room we stayed in had a nice view of the open land out back & the picturesque barn. The bed was very comfortable as were the chairs. We could not be happier with our experience at this Bed & breakfast. We hope to return one day soon!"

"Bob was an excellent host and his house is the perfect homebase for a Vermont ski vacation. It's a short, easy drive away from Smuggler’s Notch and secluded while still being close to Underwood and Jericho where you can find stores and restaurants (and the snowflake museum!). It's also right next to an excellent sledding hill and Bob has a couple of sleds you can borrow. Our 7-year old son had a great time! The inside of the house is cozy and relaxing and provides a great respite after a day on the slopes (or at the Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory). We will definitely be looking to return. "
