Comfort two minutes from the seaside of the Tuscan coast. Villa Lydia is an oasis of quite and relax. It is endowed with all the comforts and now with luxurious new furnishings.
Great park of ownership with pinaster, junipers, laurels, eucalyptuses, boss and a lot of motley flowers.The area endowed with barbecue, tables, chairs, where you can have lunch or have dinner with your friends only surrounded from the green of the pinaster. The apartment is endowed with very great terraces and porches. What distinguishes this villa is the privacy and the convenience to be near to the sea and at the same time It is close to all facilities: restaurants, supermarket, shops and cafè are just 500 m.away.
