Welcome to this beautifully restored stone farmhouse, located just 10 km from Montalcino, in the Monte Amiata region of Grosseto. It is surrounded by charming medieval villages such as Montenero, Arcidosso, Montelaterone, and Castel del Piano. Siena is less than an hour away, while the beach at Marina di Grosseto is only a 35-minute drive.
The villa offers complete privacy and a charming garden with plenty of shaded areas and a panoramic swimming pool. The ground floor features a spacious living-dining area with sofas and satellite TV, an equipped open plan kitchen (with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, moka pot, and American coffee machine), and three double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged with single beds upon request. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a covered patio with garden furniture and an outdoor grill for al fresco dining.

The first floor includes another living-dining room with a fireplace and sofas, as well as a second fully equipped kitchenette. There are two double bedrooms (one can be converted into a twin room upon request) and two triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), all with ensuite bathrooms. Two single beds are also placed in two of the double bedrooms for additional sleeping options. Additionally, the villa offers convenient amenities such as two parking spaces and two washing machines.

The wimming pool is open from 12/04 till 11/10. Pets allowed.

The owner produces olive oil and Montecucco wine. Upon request, guests can enjoy a wine tasting or indulge in a special local dinner prepared by the owner at the on-site restaurant.
