"The best feature about this hotel is the beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the balcony. It’s in a fairly quiet location and parking is conveniently located right in front of your door. The bathroom is tiny and there’s no vanity to put your things down on. The TV had tons of channels, but the remote was finicky and hard to operate. There was nobody in the office for the three days that we were there. The bed was comfortable and the mini coffee machine in the room made delicious hot coffee."

"This is our second stay here. The location is perfect for reaching both sides of Seneca Lake and surrounding area. Love the privacy of the house and the property. Our host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Very personable and responsive to questions. Very clean with fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area … The A-frame was very clean & we loved the hot tub … It was a great touch to able to watch shows on TV … we he had rainy day … coffe & muffins was a hit …our GPS let us down & the owner was kind over the phone & got us there … close to the town of Watkins Glenn & Watkins Glenn State Park !"

"Absolutely beautiful home and outdoor surroundings. Very clean very comfortable very well styled. My girlfriends and I tremendously enjoyed our time here. And had a great fire in the outdoor fire pit after a day of winetasting. We definitely will stay again when we come back to the Watkins Glen area."

"This house was a great home base for our family vacation with great parking and close to hiking, breweries and wineries. The house provided great options for hanging out on the front porch, in the game room as well as an outside covered space with fire pit. We chose this place to allow us to have separate bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces for family members. The communication with Paulette and Michael was very good. Loved that my daughter could bring her small dog along, The views from the front porch were wonderful as we enjoyed our morning coffee and planned out our day. We enjoyed watching the deer walk through the yard most every morning. Wow!"
