83m2 apartment in the Politur area, 5 minutes from Cala Rovira and 10 minutes walk from the center of Platja d´Aro, where the main shops and services in the area are located. The apartment is completely renovated and perfectly equipped with everything you need to spend a beautiful holiday on the Costa Brava. It consists of 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, kitchen - living room in one environment and a large sunny terrace with views of the green area. Clients have access to the swimming pool of the urbanization, located 2 meters away on foot. The apartment has a parking space.

bel appartement rénové récemment avec goût et matériaux de qualité. situé à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville et des plages. la piscine commune au quartier se situe à 3 minutes et est très agréable. le parking (box fermé ) est spacieux(j'ai pu garer mon grand c4 picasso) et est très confortable à cette saison car le stationnement extérieur est très difficile. nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La piscine n’est pas top mais c’est pas grave il y a la mer et les criques à 1km ! Possibilité d’y descendre à pied car ce n’est vraiment pas loin (10 min). Personnel très réactif, très arrangeant et très gentil. Allez y ! Je recommande fortement cet appartement !

We have spent a week in this apartment in July 2021. We are a family with 2 kids. The apartment is very nice and we spent a lovely time there. It has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms in each of it, the kitchen and a dining room with a terrace.The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet was stable and fast. Water pressure was outstanding. The part of the apartment that we liked the most is a view and a terrace that is welcoming to spend evening at. Windows faced in the way that the apartment keeps cool, we haven't even turned on the AC.The nearest beach is 7-10 minutes of walking away. It is a lovely bucht with a crystal clear water. The bucht is pretty small, so I can imagine that it can be overcrowded, but it wasn't the case during our stay. The water gets deep very fast here, so it might not be very practical with toddlers. The next beach is 5 more minutes of walking though.The garage is very tight and not fitted for a full-si
