Vi havde bestilt 2 værelser med AirCondition, men fik ved ankomsten at vide, at der ikke var Superior værelser med Air Conditon. Det viste sig at være usandt, men vi fik kun et værelse med AirCondition, som til gengæld var meget lille. Der annoncers med restaurant på stedet, som imidlertid var lukket tre dage ud af fire

Skøn beliggenhed mellem vinmarker og by.

Alt var perfekt. Beliggenhed med gåafstand til dejlig by. Udsigt over vinmarker, mulighed for besøg på nærliggende vingård . Dejlig morgenmad og mulighed for aftensmad.

Vackert läge på landet. Romantisk inredning skiljer sig nog kulturellt men detta föll inte i min smak. Mycket rosa starka färger och många blommiga detaljer blev för mycket. Vi fick nog de enklaste rummen på baksidan, visste inte att det fanns olika. De andra kanske var bättre. Frukosten serverades vid borden och det gick inte att göra egna val. Inget för mig som vill äta nyttigt och välja själv. Vacker dukning i trädgården. Poolen var väldigt liten och inte så ren, fotograferad i fördelaktig vinkel. Kommer att välja annat boende om jag åker tillbaka. Gångavstånd in till Castellina de Chianti som är en mysig by med flera restauranger.

Brudny basen i zaniedbany ogród. Poprosiłem o lampki do wina w recepcj i otrzymałem plastikowe jednorazowe kubki. Śniadanie okropne, podają wydzielone owoce i bardzo słabe to wszystko. Cena hotelu za wysoka do tego niby romantycznego wyjazdu.

Best B&B in Tuscany, Chianti region

We fell in love with this B&B the moment we arrived! It sits on top a hill, in the middle of vineyards with beauty abounding! The old farmhouse was renovated into quaint, comfortable rooms. The manager helped with map and directions to various towns to visit. We ate dinner there twice and the meal was wonderful. The included breakfast was served on the terrace facing the plush hillside. It included a variety of unique Tuscan specialties. We had a bottle of delicious local wine nightly in our room for just 10 euros! The town of Castelina in Chianti was small and so charming with lots of ristorantes and shops . You must try this Tuscany delight!

God service ved innsjekking. Fikk velge mellom to rom. Ikke aircondition på rommet vi valgte, men rommet var svalt selv om det på dagen var ca 30 grader. Både middag og frokost kunne man velge om å sitte inne eller ute. Fantastisk utsikt fra uteområdet. En drøy kilometer å gå til sentrum med flere restauranter. Litt dårlig hastighet på WIFI - ikke mulig å se film. Merk at det er kun kontant betaling.

Shabby tacky

This hotel needs some updating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room felt like a cave with no windows except on the doors, the linens were cheap, the pillows hard and there was not a good comfortable outdoor space. Our friend were staying in a hotel about 5 min. away that had a lovely grassy area by the pool for lounging and picnicking. We choose to have our leisure time there. Breakfast was nice and the staff extremely friendly. The tables outside had gravel with weeds growing everywhere. It just needs to be completely updated. The entire place felt like the decor was "shabby tacky".

Breakfast is amazing, view is fantastic, the only downside is the economic room is behind the kitchen, noisy starting at 07h00 am.. Book any other room and you will live it

Peaceful & Romantic Accommodation

My favourite place during our visit to Tuscany. I thought the setting was lovely, like something out of a 'rom com' film..... It was so colourful and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We dined in one night out of the two that we were there and it was so romantic. All the soft lighting and candles were such a nice touch and the food was very delicious. I loved the fact the wine was replaced in the room each day! (at a fee of course, but very handy). Breakfast at a cute table in the sunshine overlooking the views of the the famouse vinyards in the morning was bliss. I would definitely go back.

Perfect hotel in het Chianti gebied vsn Toscane

Het ontbijt was voor Italiaanse begrippen heel goed, elke dag andere Italiaanse specialiteiten bij het ontbijt. De eigenaresse liet ons zelfs in chequen voor de terugreis met het printen van de boaring passen.

A beautiful location, bizarre rules.

We stayed one night in this beautiful location, only a short walk from Castellina in Chianti. Our room was clean and big. The bathroom was very nice. The property is well maintained and the staff were very friendly. It is very "coupley" - I would not recommend to lone travellers. The wifi signal was poor - we only found one spot where it worked properly - the seats on the little hill above the pool. As other reviewers have said, this hotel has some absurd rules. They have a rule that you cannot eat in your room. However, there is a minibar of drinks and snacks in the room, and they left us complimentary crackers. All of the seats outdoors have signs that tell you that it is forbidden to picnic. Where do the owners propose you eat your crackers?!! How they expect people to obey this rule was beyond us. We can only presume, as other travellers have, that they want you only to eat food that you have purchased from them or in their restaurant. This to us came across as tight-fisted and really turned us off the place. We chose for this reason, not to eat in their restaurant and walked instead to town. If these rules sound bizarre and needlessly controlling to you, then I wouldn't book this hotel.

Super beliggenhed i toscana

Hotellet ligger super i området . Tilkørselsforholdene er dog lidt bøvlede med en dårlig p plads. Hotellet er skønt og servicen fin. Spiser godt både på hotellet og i den nærliggende by. Lækre værelser med flot udsigt over området.

Charming and Serene

A few minutes walk away from Castellina. Halfway down a hill overlooking miles and miles of vineyards. Absolutely gorgeous location. Away from the hustle and bustle and generally very serene and peaceful. Some farming activity on the vineyards so expect some noise during the day. A very charming building nestled among a very cute garden (in full bloom when we stayed there) broken into various unique areas where you can sit and take in the breathtaking views. Reasonably sized pool overlooking the vineyards. Very clean. Option to use jacuzzi. Beautiful, well decorated and romantic rooms. You'll find a scented candle lit on your arrival and flowers from the garden in your room. Very clean room and ensuite. Comfortable large bed. No air conditioning but none really needed. Excellent homemade breakfast served outside. Can also dine at the hotel. Good stock of local wines. Staff with excellent command of English. Very nice, helpful and caring. This is a true heaven on Earth, not just because of the breathtaking surroundings and the beautiful rooms but also because of the service and level of attention paid to every single detail of your stay. You can sit back and relax in the knowledge that you will be very well taken care of. We will definitely go back!

Un rincón de la Toscana precioso

Fantástica. Los desayunos estupendos y con alguna que otra sorpresa agradable que te hacía encontrarte como en familia. El lugar ideal para centro de operaciones para recorrer la Toscana. Castellina in Chianti es un pueblo muy bonito y muy próximo al hotel. Su estupenda piscina nos permitió relajarnos de las duras jornadas recorriendo estos estupendos paisajes que nos tiene reservados la Toscana. Las habitación grande y muy cómoda. Vamos, recomendable al 100%.

Fanatisk udsigt. Værelset ikke særlig velholdt og med dårlig fungerende bruser. Maden var god og serveret i hyggelige omgivelser. Wifi fungerede ikke. Kun kontant betaling på trods af oplysninger om kreditkort ved bestilling.
