"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. "Wonderful stay in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas that make the town so special. The hotel was charming, impeccably clean, and blended perfectly with the historic character of the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect base for exploring Ragusa Ibla. We would happily stay here again on a future visit."

"The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception, and inconvenience rather than a complaint, we should of been told of this on checking in. The Bars both inside & by the pool were not operational., throughout our stay. Overall it was a very nice hotel oh and the pools were very good & well maintained. Anyone who may be planning to go there should be aware that it's a remote location, no local transport whatsoever. Imperative that you need a car. There is no shuttle bus available. A taxi cost £60 to the town. I don't think I've been over critical, but I hope this review helps you as a potential visitor."

"We spent four nights in a Superior Triple Room, all-inclusive, and had an incredible time. The resort is vast, the food is incredible and the staff are very helpful. There is a genuine effort to offer food that is fresh, varied as well producing local delicacies. Although there is a shuttle bus frequently to Syracuse, we chose to spend all of our time within the resort alternating our time from the two wonderful pools and the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat and are interested in what other VOI resorts are available. It's worth noting that their season truly begins from 1st June meaning there are more activities from this date nevertheless we still enjoyed children's entertainment din late May despite their official season not starting quite yet. It's also worth noting that food and drink from the beach facility is excluded even if you have chosen all inclusive. 10/10 would go again!!!"

"This was one of our favourite stops on our tour around Sicily. After spending so much time in the cities, it was wonderful to relax in the peaceful countryside. The property itself was beautiful, full of character, and felt very authentic. There was ample parking. The pool, set within a walled garden, was absolutely stunning, although the water was quite cold during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was very spacious. That said, the furniture and bed were a little uncomfortable. There was a spa and some excursions. But no written information anywhere. A summary of activities in our room would have been helpful. We enjoyed walking around the grounds, although part of the path passed by a small airstrip, which wasn’t particularly scenic. Because of that, I don’t think I would choose to stay in the houses located beside it. You have to try the almond milk absolutely delicious. We also had dinner in the dining room both evenings, and the meals were excellent. Overall, this was a charming and beautifully decorated hotel, and we had a lovely stay."
