"Dirty carpets, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in years. Had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. One small bottle of water for two people which was very strange. Advertised as with free breakfast but was refused this. Saw house keeping put all clean towels and sheets on dirty carpets outside bedroom door and not use a trolley, disgusting!"

"A great place to stay, clean, well equipped room, with an uninterrupted sea view, which includes of Caldey Island. Good vegan breakfast and bar and breakfast room overlooking the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price too and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tenby. "

"Lovely welcome on our arrival and no waiting for our room. Combines the old with the new exceptionally well. Bedroom No.4 was very spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. Hot shower too. Breakfast delivered to our room at 9.00am, comprised hot bacon, sausage and egg rolls, pastries, orange juice and yogurt. Really nice, enjoyed this personal touch. Fridge in room as well as usual tea making facility, key safe, clothes iron and board . Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Lovely location, quiet in the night, 2 minute walk to the Esplanade and only 5 minutes into the centre of town. Arriived by train, relativlely easy walk along Station Road, Queens Parade, Church Park and Culver Park to Victoria Street. Noticed the large car park at the the end of the stree and behind the hotel, with many visitors arriving and leaving from here. Would certainly stay here again."

"The room was comfortable and large. The bed was excellent and I got a brilliant night's sleep. The bathroom whilst a bit small for someone of my build (broad shouldered and not thin) was clean and well stocked. The shower worked a dream. It is just around the corner from the seaview road above the beach. A short walk into the town centre (less than 10 mins). Would happily stay there again"

"The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and lavish. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating . The breakfast was amazing, really nice welsh food. The location is serene. The parking was free. The golf course view outside our room made the stay even better. Loved the bathroom, amenities were great. Well worth the price. Already planning a visit for longer. "

"There are only 3 car parking spaces but 7 rooms so not sure if it is first come, first serve system. The parking system is not straightforward but we were helped 100% by the owners. It is great and remarkable to find accommodation with parking in Tenby so definitely a bonus. "

"You could not fault the room the cleanness the bed sheets smelt absolutely gorgeous the host was very helpful and friendly nothing was to much bother also the breakfast was out of this world will definitely be returning later on in the year."
