"Was disappointed as was under impression all the rooms had walk in showers as shown on line . We had 3 beds in our room One king bed and single which we did not request and worse the beds where on wheels and kept moving . The closet did not close. And the bathroom facade was peeling away The water in the sink did not empty fast and the faucet was loose . Staff was excellent"

"Breakfast was great from the buffet. Lots of choice and good quality. Enjoyed the bar the night for of the stay. Great DJ playing music that was my type of sounds. Cocktails a little expensive but they're a happy hour with cheaper cocktails from six to seven. "

"It was fine other than the check in. The woman on reception was very rude - before I even had chance to say anything she barked, 'What's your surname?'. As I'd just booked and she couldn't imemdiately find the reservation she was clearly annoyed. Left a very sour taste. The woman on reception when I checked out (who I've dealt with before and think is South African) was as friendly as ever. "
