"Sugar Beach is truly a slice of heaven. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible natural beauty and serene atmosphere. Nestled right between the magnificent Pitons, the setting is completely breathtaking, peaceful, and secluded—making it the ultimate place to unwind and recharge. The beach itself is absolute perfection: pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and stunning views everywhere you turn. Swimming and snorkeling right off the shore was an amazing experience! What truly sets Sugar Beach apart, though, is the world-class service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. The hospitality, warm friendliness, and meticulous attention to detail made us feel pampered every second of our vacation. From the luxury accommodations and stunning location to the top-tier service, everything was flawless. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful paradise!"

"It was great! My only complaint is we booked the penthouse suite and there were a total of 105 and 5 stairs to get to our suite! it was exhausting! Oh and I did not like the cats on site. Other than that, beautiful place. I don't recommend booking a ride with the hotel.....the prices were ridiculous!!"

"The property and views are breathtaking! The entertainment, pools, and bars were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our private dinner for two at La Luna! Our waitress was Gina and she was wonderful in every way! Breakfast at The Veranda was wonderful too. We thought some of the other restaurants and buffets had some good dishes but as a whole they could have been better! Overall we woukd love to go back and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"

"The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season overall the resort itself the beach and things like that were just beautiful again we’re not there for the food I suppose."

"The room was clean, the amenities were generally functioning well, and the spa was a highlight. The restaurants offered great food and variety. We did experience one day without electricity in our room, which was inconvenient. Customer service could also be more consistent, particularly at the buffet where it was often difficult to get a waiter’s attention for drinks. Overall, an enjoyable trip with a few areas that could be improved."
