The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. The staff are amazing. Silvio, Antonio, and Valentina were so so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and nice. They showed us the sites in Catania, organized our driver for the airport, and even taught us how to get to the bus station and which tickets to get for Siracusa.
