"They had a technical issue with their AC on our floor and Georgia and Raphael told us it would be unbearable to stay in the room , so they hooked us up with another hotel nearby and was very good also, they really took good care of us . Staff like this are extremely hard to find , I would hire them right away I give them both 5* I hope the hotel administration recognise these incredible employees."
