"The view from the room/hotel is everything. You can do lots of bird watching right from your balcony and there’s lots of wonderful wildlife around the grounds. The food was excellent breakfast as well as the dinner, really great quality food. Staff were helpful if needed something. It’s a little remote so you have to be willing to arrange shuttles or taxis if you don’t have a car. Also need to be able to walk around the grounds to get to places, but if you struggle or have luggage they arrange golf carts for people "

"The property is so beautiful! You are right by the volcano, the view from the pool is stunning. The staff was very friendly, especially Tania who was more than helpful to us. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. "
