"Doug was very helpful. Quickly responding and answered all my questions. Beautiful location with nearby neighbors but still very private. The hot tub was clean and well maintained in a great location. August temperatures were hot but the shaded porch and balcony with ceiling fans made it very pleasant to hang out to enjoy the view and listen to the creek. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Road in might be a bit of a challenge for a low clearance vehicle but our SUV did great. I didn’t catch any fish but had fun trying!"
Beautiful Custom Cabin on almost 2 acres with lots of privacy

"Home is in a nice location and we had deer in the yard morning and night that we were able to watch. Loved that the porches were screened in all the way around the house. Having the fireplaces in and out were nice. We started in the upstairs bedroom b/c it was a king and seemed nicer. We ended up moving downstairs about 1 in the morning. Bed creaks with every move (very hard), floors creak, stairs creak (no sneaking around). Downstairs bedroom b more comfortable but dips toward the middle. The sheets on downstairs bedroom are great and cool. Home needs new towels in all bathrooms and new floormats."

"We had a great time at Laurel Escape. Everything was clean and the location was good. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. The bed was comfortable. And it was really nice being able to do our laundry here. We did not try out the hot tub, so we can't really say anything about that. Communication with the host, Vernonica, was great."

"Everything from the booking to check in was smooth. Cabin was better than advertised, the location at the end of the road was perfect for relaxing. Access to the water was literally just feet away from the cabin, floating and fishing was awesome. We'll definitely book again in the future!!"

"This was an amazing property! So many small touches, like towels for the hot tub and spices in the kitchen made the experience that much more enjoyable. We usually stay out and about during our GA stays but we loved the house so much we stayed in cooked dinner most nights just so we could enjoy the home. Thank you so much! Also, loved the requirement to shock the hot tub after each use. Made us feel like it was extra clean for our first use too!"
