"The rom was clean and well equipped. For our needs, it was simple yet complete.
We had heard of issues about the breakfast, the choice and food was EXCELLENT!"
"Friendly (if delayed - 1 receptionist on duty dealing with a guests query) but our room turned out to have not been cleaned after the last guest! Quickly moved to another room that couldnât be faulted. Good breakfasts and lovely staff. Very good location for the ferry port. "

"Very accommodating hotel. We were allowed to check in early. Location is very central. Staff is very courteous, respectful and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice and quiet, you cant hear an outside noise. I would highly recommend. "
"Great hotel, fantastic location, just steps away from the Old Port. Well-run with friendly staff. Excellent deal for the price. Rooms are larger than expected. Lots of great restaurants nearby."
"An amazing two nights. Iâm a former hotel owner and manager and stay in hotels approximately 40 nights a year. I can give this property the highest of ratings. Staff Henri, Loan, and ( Leann server) were all so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented. My room was very clean and well thought out. I felt like I had a private patio. Every thing in the room worked well and was very clean. Dinner on 9/4 was outside and was terrific : cucumber with goat cheese / tuna for entree and a mouth watering chocolate dessert were all wonderful. No question as it was the best dinner I have had in 2025. "
