"Great breakfast selection, staff, room, cleanliness. Used the pool often. They have a shuttle that can take you closer to the busier locations. The beach down the road is not the greatest but this wasn’t a big deal for us!"

"Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit beeindruckenden Details. Sehr große Anlage (dadurch natürlich auch weite Laufwege...), direkt am Meer gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Ein toller, riesiger Pool und ein gepflegter Strandbereich. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl, besser geht es nicht! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sehr gepflegt, lediglich das Zimmer hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Da könnte einiges renoviert werden, das Bett hat geknarrt und das Bad war für ein Hotel dieser klasse sehr klein."

"The room was not properly prepared or checked before our arrival. Basic amenities were not functioning—for example, the kettle was not working, and we had to call early in the morning to get it replaced. We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided. Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue."

"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either. "

"I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. "Absolutely fantastic - so good we came back to finish our holiday here and this will be our regular return spot. Facilities are always spotless and staff are always attentive and so professional. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, all is superb! Segara is brilliantly positioned - the mall is a 5min walk along the beachfront and the village just beyond that. It's like living on the beach - swimming and surfing. There are dozens of restaurants along the beach walk should you wish a different taste. We will be back later this year. "
