The kitchenette is outfitted with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level. The apartment features electric heating and a boiler. Upstairs, you'll find an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), along with a fan. The gallery is accessed by a spiral staircase.
