"The house was beautiful and Austin from the Scottsdale office was very helpful when we encountered a problem. Just something to be aware: it has 5 bedrooms but only 3 bedrooms were in the main house. We had four people so one person had to go to the casita at night. The pool was a disappointment, because it was unusable. It was covered with leaves and was generally dirty. I was told that there was a malfunction with the equipment and someone would be out by Friday at noon. No one ever showed. With temperatures above 105 we cancelled our golf plans but expected to be able to use the pool. "

"Great location!! The cottage is within a couple miles (round trip with a slight up hill on return) to several restaurants, but situated on top of a hill in a quiet setting with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It is a great home base for sightseeing excursions and hiking.The cottage is more than adequate for two people and the pictures are accurate. The bed is very comfortable.David was very easy to contact and always got back to us quickly. We felt we could communicate with him for any needs that might arise.We enjoyed our stay.Ken and Kathy"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfect for a vacation getaway. The house and backyard are a beautiful. I only wish they had more sun chairs for around the pool. Besides that, the house is perfect."
