"Is a nice place to relax and stepping out from your normal life routine. The pool and the beach so near are the best combo. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the place. "
"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
"The apartment was excellent for a family of 4 . It was very clean with all the appliances you would need to call it home. The process was simple and communication with a representative was excellent. Highly recommend."
"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "
"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"This house is very, very nice. Thr pictures are accurate. House is well stocked. Kitchen could use a few more pans for cooking but that is really just a personal want. Man i have been to many beaches around the world...and this beach is perhaps the best ive ever been to. 100% clean. No trash. No seaweed. Rocks? Not a 1. Clear water? Check. Very low amount of people. Pool though small is very well maintained and excellent for hanging out.Rooms all have personal mini-splits. Beds are decent/good.Property manager was excellent and very helpful. 1 word of caution....the street on front of properry is a little busy and driveway is narrow. We had a 15 passenger van and it was a little tight so id recommend just having regular sized cars. 2 can fit inside gate.Excellent property!!!!!"

"Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. The private pool was clean, with a nice shallow end for toddlers, and the property’s location right on the beach made it feel like our own private paradise.We loved the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, the abundance of pool and beach toys, and the convenience of having two washers and dryers onsite (though they are coin-operated). There were plenty of towels, secure parking, and even a tasty restaurant right across the street.A couple of things to note: there is a photo of a hot tub on the roof, but there isn’t actually one there. The hot tub by the pool is just a couple of degrees warmer than the pool itself. Also, more dishes would be helpful, and there were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (one possibly due to a nearby earthquake), but Javier responded quickly via text and had repairs taken care of promptly. Street noise can also be noticeable at times.Overall, this is a fantastic property for a large family gathering, and we’d happily stay here again!"
