Fantastic location close to lots of restaurants and bars. The pool was our favourite given the seaweed on the island at the moment, it was perfect for the hot days on Cay Caulker. Lots of tour companies in the area to book with. The staff were super friendly and cleaned the room every day. Aircon was a real winner as it was so hot, gave us a chance to cool down. Good water pressure in showers too.

Great budget choice. Clean, secure room, ac, beds are kinda hard, but ok for 1 or 2 nights. Beachfront, very helpful and professional staff, including the night security guard. Wonderful pool! About a 20 min walk from the split. A microwave oven in the room would be great, more tv channels other than YouTube and Netflix would be great also. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will come again and recommend. Well done Tropical👍

The staff were friendly. The property was clean. Theres a connecting restaurant, a swim up bar in the pool. I had two separate reservations & spoke with the front desk to explain. They were able to accommodate so I wouldn't have to move from the primary room i checked in with.

The staff was amazing… the hotel is right off the beach. My husband and I stay for the Easter weekend the island was packed but you wouldn’t even know that once you get to the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean we had a great stay.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Rooms were clean every day. The only downsides I noticed was that something was wrong with the ac and it was very loud for a few minutes when starting. I probably should have mentioned it to the staff and they likely would have taken care of it. The nights were mild and the ceiling fan was like an airplane propeller so I’d just shut the AC off and all was good. The showers didn’t get hot. None of this was a deal breaker for me. I’d gladly go back. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. I walked pretty much everywhere from the property.

this place was very convenient to everything on the island. had pool access, parking for golf carts, budget friendly. The room was very bare and not much at all. I do wish they had maybe a throw blanket(I know it's hot but with AC on in the room- would be useful. Also the room is tile and a mat or something by the bed would be nice. overall had a great stay.

The hotel was a great value with the property right on the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We couldn’t really see the ocean from our rooms, but we were close. The “beach” was really the boat docks. The hotel paired with Star Tours for all snorkeling adventures which is nice.
