"The cottage had everything we needed. It was really handy to have a washing machine, outside clothesline and dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable and rooms well equipped. The children loved the loft area and toys. The bathroom was spotless.Parking was really easy and we managed to park right outside every day. Location was great for what we needed."

"My sisters and I stayed 3 nights, we had an issue with a garden light out on 1st night where my sister fell down steps in courtyard they sorted it next morning, I emailed coastal properties prior to going and they confirmed no washing facilities whereas in fact there was a washer dryer in the laundry room, the parking facilities was ok for us but if really elderly wasn't good as it was behind a garage forecourt.. overall had a good stay but felt they should supply a hairdryer"

"Property was clean, tidy and more than met our needs. Luxury coastal were brilliant for us, helping us late notice sort a property after being let down elsewhere. Customer service team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they answered any questions promptly. All round a brilliant stay with luxury coastal in this property."

"On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id suggest a pot of sauces on the table for breakfast as its "can we have, have you got" all the time. Tommy stood out as a fantastic member of staff always polite and worked very hard.always a pleasure. Thank you Our room was very cold at night no heating on except set times so pleased that we had a hot water bottle, but we both had to wear clothes to get warm. When spoke to other residents they said the same.(No phone in the room to call anyone) Room smelt musty so could do with maybe a freshener plug in? The bathroom needs a table or some shelves as there is nowhere to put your wash bags down apart from the floor, and im not a fan of that! There could do with maybe a few more hooks in the bathroom too. 1 on the door is not enough. The room was tired, needs a freshen up on the paint and wall paper, beds comfy, lots of wardrobe hanging spaces, mirrors. Enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price too. "
