About this property

Ocean Front Cottage!! Beauty on the outside, Charm on the inside!

  • Beautiful, completely restored in March 2020 Beach Front home. Great curb appeal, but even better view from the ocean side. Private stairs to the beach. Full view patio doors in great room open to let in the sea breezes. Beautiful wood floors throughout. Great surfing right from the backyard. Several additional great surf breaks in short walking distance. Surf fishing from the backyard. Great kayaking. Volleyball area in the cove.

    This home is a beautiful cottage built in the early 1900's and has been completely restored and updated with all of the creature comforts you need to relax and make this your get away destination. This is truly a great cottage, but there is no question that being on the beach makes all of the difference in the world! You don't have to walk the kids to the beach! They are there! The hot water shower is right there in the backyard, steps away from the beach. If you have stayed in a home on the beach, you understand! If you haven't, now is your opportunity!

    The central coast is the up and coming wine region of California. Templeton, Paso Robles, Edna Valley and even Cayucos and Cambria offer many destination wineries to tour, taste and buy.

    If you are not into wine touring, there are so many activities right outside your door. You may decide to park the car and just stay put for the week.
