"We really enjoyed our stay at the M Hotel in Buffalo. Its location was perfect—close to both restaurants and the mall—so it was easy to keep the kids entertained between family visits. The pool was excellent, and having access to a laundry room was a huge plus (with no wait, which was surprising). Even though the hotel was busy with kids in town for local tournaments, it never felt loud or chaotic. The kids were well-behaved, which made for a relaxed and comfortable stay overall."

"When I attempted to pull into the driveway, there was about a dozen juvenile males playing football in the parking lot and would not let me in. I had to honk several times to get them to move to get into the property. Once I checked in. I left and came back. The same juvenile males were physically fighting and wrestling in the business area being loud and causing a disturbance. The continental breakfast contained zero protein. The only food were cereal, waffles, bagels, and apples. I will never come back to this hotel. "

"I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed that there was leaking water under the bathroom sink cabinet. We had only been in the house for an hour or so this week has been prior to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the house, the siding of the house was hanging off right in front of the front door. Safety Hazard and was an eye source as soon as we pulled up. The house was dusty and old. We ended up forfeiting our money and not staying the second night. I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay!"

"The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for creating meals, and the appliances are new.Our host, Jerome, is polite, attentive, and very cool."

"I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions. Definitely will deal with him again."
