"The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower amazing,only problem was hot food was never ready at 6am for breakfast. You need to hire more people, so that the front desk clerk is also gettinng breakfast ready."

"Four guys made the trip to Buffalo to attend the last game at The Ralph. Hidden Emerald was a great find. Location couldn't be better. Great restaurants all around. Between the driveway and street we never had an issue with parking (2 cars). But the best part is the interior. Very well kept, near new condition, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and linens. I would recommend Hidden Emerald to anyone. Thanks for the great restaurant recommendations Greg. Imperial Pizza was great pizza and the best wings I ever had (yes, wings from a pizza parlor)."

"Being two apartments not one house was luckily not an issue for us. The amenities were nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. Middle of winter in buffalo made snow removal nessesary. Overall a good stay"
