Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Overall a great stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms!

It is not a modern hotel, but the rooms are kept clean and in good condition. The breakfast is great, with many healthy options as well. The staff service is 5 star for sure. One of the things that really caught my attention is that Filipino people are really respectful, cordial, hardworking and always have a smile ready for you despite the adversities, problems, and challenges they face. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are fantastic and very helpful. I accidentally overpaid on a bar bill before I got downstairs. They were already reaching out to me to let me know I’d overpaid and refunded what I was due. They could’ve not said anything and I would never have known the difference. The free breakfast is a delicious buffet that every morning has a little something different. This is a good hotel to stay at.
