"At check-in I was able to add my dad to the reservation - process was painless and he was able to check-in separately, which was wonderful. Pool was great, my family really enjoyed it! Room was clean - the only thing I noticed is the hand soap was wet in the box. I don't know if it was used before but it was weird. I wasn't concerned enough to lower and score - it could have been a number of things that caused it to be wet. The fire alarm went off during breakfast on Saturday, the staff remained calm and didn't panic. The issue was resolved quickly. I suspect someone tried smoking in their room. Breakfast wasn't spectacular. Just standard breakfast for the hotel. My son was sad because there wasn't a waffle maker but he did okay without it. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful! Parking was weird and our card didn't let us enter in the back parking lot. One of us had to walk around the side to another door to get in. There's a hornets nest forming above the back double doors btw, forgot to tell front desk!"

"We stayed a week and the staff was excellent. The room was spacious with a huge tv. I was able to setup my work station. The Ethernet couldn’t connect because the wall cover was too small but I was able to use WiFi. The kitchenette was very convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom didn’t have a ventilation fan. I would definitely stay again."

"First I always want the room to be clean and the entire building and grounds were very clean. Next is the comfort of the bed. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. The only thing was it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again."
