Ideal for two couples or a group of friends, this sun-filled townhome presents an open layout with a large smart TV and comfortable seating in the living room. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and ample meal prep space. The dining table is set for four - making it ready for all of your home-cooked creations!

The townhome's primary bedroom boasts an expansive ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. Personal TVs, soft linens, and central air are available in both of the bedrooms. A private workstation and washer/dryer round out the interior amenities.

Bring your provided pass to the nearby aquatic center where you'll find a pool, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slides, and a gym! Multiple parks, trails, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible from your stay. Seasonal local events include the Summer Games, and the Shakespeare Festival!

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
