Served it's purpose. Lots of cameras around for security. Bed was comfortable. Great price.
Plumbing sucked. Place needs a plumber. If you are on lower level and people are above you, you hear constant foot steps and noise. No desk.
There was a lot of noise all night with people lingering around. The room smelled like cigarettes and people stood outside of the room smoking and loud talking. The room was very out dated. However, it was cheap and easy to get. You get what you pay for.
At this hotel was horrible the bed was hard the place needs several repairs there was no tub and the shower was horrible the water pressure was horrible and the hot water took forever to become hot I do not recommend this hotel to anybody
It looks like people live there, car with flat tire in lot loaded with junk, guy next door outside talking on phone about his DOJ case, and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The clothes I wore to bed smelled like the room the next day. I should have refused the room as I don’t smoke but I had no choice at that point, won’t stay there again.
The place was scary. The reception desk has 9 camera monitors with glass separating you from the reception like bad neighborhood gas station. Room was big but my cold shower was the last straw.
It did not look like the pictures. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of smoke it. It was supposed to be not loud music playing and other stuff, but it was happening two doors down.

The room smelled so bad! It wasn’t a smell you could get used to. It was a combination of smoke, weed, and other nasty-ness! My clothes even smelled after I got home. I would NEVER go back! I've stayed in worse for cleanliness but never experienced this awful smell!
The room was clean, a coffee pot is available upon request, the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning and heat works very well, the scenery was serene there is a pond in the back, great employees very nice and helpful, that said the shower is small they could improve on the toilet and shower hardware it is calcified and worn overall don't expect a champagne room on a beer budget.
For the price just to sleep I would stay again. I could sleep on a street though if tired enough. Only potential issue I had was the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors conversation and TV very well. It didn't bother me but if I stayed again i'd bring ear plugs just in case.
Nice hotel close to Cedar Lake with many great restaurants and close to Chicago and Lake Michigan and South Shore.Room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable.
It is an older hotel, with clean rooms. It appeared there was a mixture of extended stay visitors along with short time visitors. The staff was pleasant. The fridge was very large, which was a plus. The bed was large and comfortable. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, place to sleep, with parking right outside of your door, which is very affordable, you should check this hotel out.
