Top Center for Coastal Studies Hotel Reviews
Inn at Gifford House
10/10 Excellent
"Great stay at the Gifford House. The staff was amazing ( Tim in particular). Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The shower felt luxurious, even the shampoo and conditioner were nice. The only negative was being awakened at 8 am by a fire alarm. Don't get me wrong, I am glad to know it works, but yikes, what a way to wake up! 10 out of 10. Will stay here again"

"Communication between the innkeeper and us was very good. We knew when and where to arrive, and got a great tour of the property. The hangout/breakfast cottage was very nice with daily newspapers and excellent food. We will return!"

Ellery Hotel Provincetown
8/10 Good
"Lots of well designed public spaces to gather in both inside and outside. Good amenities. Liked the discount tickets for the restaurant across the street with great breakfast choices. Coffee services on premises was convenient. Bed linens and towels were quality. Only complaint was mattress was uncomfortably saggy in the middle."
The Bradford
10/10 Excellent
"Staff location everything great"
Lotus Provincetown
10/10 Excellent
"Clean and comfortable. I came for a comedy show at Pilgrim House, and I had a great time, the location cannot be beat! It’s right on Commercial Street, so you will hear the hustle and bustle from the street below, but what do you expect of a spot above a shop, next to a restaurant and across the street from a drag bar?! And despite that, there is a peaceful garden respite with a lovely sauna and adorable deck. The listing shows a porch overlooking the beach - I didn’t see that on my stay, but I understand there may be a second property that guests can use. If a deck with a beach view is a must, double check on how you access that. For parking, I found a quick street spot, dropped off bags, then parked overnight at the municipal lot ($30 for 24 hours) and fully enjoyed my walk back down A Street and Commercial."
