"Centara Grand at CentralWorld was the ideal hotel for my family of 4; We stayed in the executive suite which included club lounge access - the food there was amazing all day long and the service was amazing - from the cooks to the wait staff to the head (Mr. M?). Location of the hotel can't be beat - it's right next to CentralWorld shopping mall and within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Central, MBK. If you get a chance to stay at Centara Grand, do it - you won't regret it."
"Stayed in a rooms with shower over bath as requested. Unfortunately the rooms faced over the hotel cooling towers. While the noise was not objectionable it was noticable. "

Very comfortable rooms - spacious, air conditioning worked a treat to bring the room temp down quickly, great blackout curtains that kept the room dark for a good sleep, well insulated, and a wonderful bathroom with great water pressure.
Had bought some stuff on the internet to be delivered to the hotel. No problems with picking up items. I had some difficulty finding one of the items. The concierge Khun soraath was super helpful, checking online on the item, and then with the bellhop team on level 1 once he knew the item had arrived, and even delivered the item to my room personally.
Thus is my third stay here, and I plan to come back my next trip to Bangkok, "
