"Out refrigerator was unplugged because it made loud noises. Front desk told me to just leave it unplugged. One bathroom had the fan on max speed all day and night, while our other rooms bathroom fan did not funtion. When we requested housekeeping, nothing was cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the toilet when we moved in. Staff apologized constantly but did nothing to improve housekeeping. 3 times I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk because housekeeping did not clean...

"The king size bed was extremely comfortable with a soft top layer, yet a firm support. I could not feel my wife moving or getting up to use the rest room. The shower is large with multiple stream options at the shower head. I did not hear voices, or TV sounds, or any noise from anywhere. The Hotel opened in November of 2025 and still looks brand new."
