"Buen hotel y en buena ubicación"

"Chez Bernard was a great restaurant located on the upper floor of the hotel. The rooftop was a fabulous escape for a scenic view and wonderful location to have a cocktail before dinner. Staff were incredible!! Hotel location was very conveniently located next to the Uban for ease of transportation to all the sites. Would definetely stay there again!"

"Perfect location near West train station. Friendly staff Bianca, Alina, Serj and Karla. Lounge is great to relax after a busy day."

"Responsive and helpful host. Excellent view from property."

"Extremely well run. Everything from opening doors to checking out was incredibly smooth through usage of their app. The room itself was beautiful and extremely clean, and there were a plethora of amenities. Will definitely be staying at a Numa property the next time I am visiting Europe."

"I really enjoyed our stay (my wife and myself) in the Felix suite. The staff were professional and extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I received a free upgrade for the first night. The place is just like an art gallery with all the paintings and decorations. It was an experience that we will never forget."

"Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"There was not enough choice of vegetarian or vegan for breakfast."

"Roligt område trods trafikalt centrum. 5-10 min gang til off. transport. Familiehotel med hjertevarm gæstfrihed og stor hjælpsomhed !! Intet hotelsnobberi ! Efter 3 ophold føler man sig som en del af familien! Absolut et hotel for voksne der ønsker fred og ro på ferien!! Lokalitet IKKE EGNET for bilferie da Wien er bedst for lokalkendte !! Hotel Fabrik ANBEFALES med 5 ud af 5 ***** !!!"

"It is a unique experience and recommended! Great location. Lots of shopping, eating and drinking options nearby. Staff is amazing and the central lobby is cool. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Clean room 💪👏👏👏 Good accommodation of everything. Very well running project. All hotels Jo&Joe have look like this one . ☝"

"5th stay at the hotel - so clearly I like it - accidentally booked a non-panorama room and I missed it a lot - the room I actually booked was named 'Gigantic' which I thought was misleading. Big enough - but far from gigantic. I didn't like the re-decoration of the restaurant - the old one felt cooler - missed the hanging plants, missed the knitted produce hanging on the walls. Location is still the best, breakfast selection is incredible. Staff were nice. Still a firm favourite."
