"I stayed there for a week. Location, Location, Location..... easily within walking distance of most attractions. They are in the process of updating, which is needed. However, it is well maintained. I was aggravated with staff. I had a pizza delivered. Due to needing a key card for elevator use the staff did not allow delivery to my room. That's understandable. But they failed to bring it to me or contact me that it was there. I had to walk down and it was just laying on the counter for anyone. They do have a North and South portion of the hotel that mirror each other, I didn't know that. I entered the wrong one by following Google maps and when I went to where my room was I thought I was pranked due to my room number not being there. If I went back to Washington for same reason, I would stay there again."

"Didn’t use any amenities. Close to things. Very clean and smelled nice. Parking was crowded but has a valet in the front to unload."

Lord Baltimore Hotel

"Stayed in Baltimore for a concert at CFG Bank Arena, and this hotel is within a five-minute walk to the venue, so that helped a ton with not having to pay for event parking and navigating traffic. The hotel has an older charm to it, so some of the fixtures (like the shower and elevators) seem outdated but work fine. There are five elevators in the hotel and two were out of order, so there was a long line to take one upstairs when we checked in around 6 PM. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel, but we explored around the city and didn't take advantage of that. Hotel is close to some green space (park with several benches and trees). There are a couple of parking garages and street parking within a five minute walk–that helped us save on valet, which was more expensive. If there is another event at the CFG Bank Arena again, I'd probably stay here, unless I see another nearby (more modern) hotel advertise a comparable price. I'd give it an 8/10."

"This was my first time at this property and I will definitely be back. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. I had asked for a store to go buy some water and the front desk gave me two complementary bottles and each night they were two fresh bottles also put in the room that small little thing to me meant a lot"

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

"Did hotel was beautiful and very clean! We're disabled in the staff would not allow doordash to bring our meal up to us when we were both hurting so bad we couldn't go out. That was very frustrating. They also did not have any car rental information.So we had to search that out ourselves. We're just used to having the staff.Be more helpful than they were."

"Love this hotel . Our first room had a AC problem they bought someone promptly , they weren’t able to fix it but they gave an another room right away , no issues at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Valet was fast and kind . The location was great around a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again !"
