Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

"Pros:Great place to stay, ideally located with direct freeway access and right next to the international Sunport, many restaurants and things to do in immediate area around the property. The Staff is super friendly and helpful they offered a nice room upgrade that was not expected but very much appreciated!!! Rooms are very nice and clean, great gym and outdoor pool area (perfect for families with kids). Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel staff. Hotel maintenance is lacking in a couple areas; one elevator was not working and the one that was working was really slow and you can tell that it's coming up due for replacement as it looks in poor condition. Some of the ice machines on some of the floors were not working.The bottom of the pool was dirty with sand and just needs to be vacuumed more often knowing that it's an outdoor pool. Lastly, hotel should consider a remodel of the property. I will definitely be coming back in the future and hope to see a remodel upon return. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for a great stay! "The toilet and toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. Everything else was great. The breakfast was really good and I typically don’t eat hotel breakfast. Parking was easy and the staff was very helpful."

"The only disappointment was at the pool and hot tub was closed, and I wasn’t aware of that at the time I booked it. There was no notice that was the only thing that’s why I rented it to enjoy the hot tub and pool . But good customer service."

"Everything was great except the exercise room did not have light weights (2lb). Not a huge problem - just a minor inconvenience."

"It's a wonderful hotel for the price. I've always loved the Hilton. The only thing I would suggest is that Expedia needs to update the fact that the hotel no longer provides shuttles. Having shuttle service was one of the reasons why I booked it. Also, there was no ice on our floor, but the overall experience was lovely and worth the price for sure."
