The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast

"Stayed here for the Chicago Marathon and can have no complaints whatsoever about the property. Great location, close to CTA line to get wheee you need to go, very clean and safe neighbourhood. Room was very nice, bed was very comfy and shower/bath was great. Hotel staff were very helpful. They offered an early Marathon breakfast which I took advantage of which was a great touch by the hotel. Saved me a lot of stress looking for breakfast places on the day of the marathon. Staff also pleasantly kept hold of my bags while I explored the city on my check out day. I’ve seen less favourable reviews of this hotel but please ignore them! I can’t speak highly of this hotel enough and I would pay to come back and stay here again next time I’m in Chicago. 10/10"

"Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful surroundings to the wonderful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and you could tell that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable and special. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories."

"We stayed at the Congress for a Bears game. We selected it based on price and proximity to Soldier Field. The price was incredibly reasonable, so I was a bit concerned about the quality and cleanliness of the room and hotel prior to checking in. We were more than pleased with our room and the hotel overall and feel it was great value for our money. The room was very clean and had been updated quite recently. It was roomie in both the room itself and the bathroom. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, a large, walk-in closet, plenty of drawer storage for clothes and extra seating and table. It is also near do much in the city, so it’s a great place to stay. The only issue that I had is I wish the TV had been a bit larger. But other than that, I would highly recommend the Congress."

"Modern well equipped apartment complex with everything you need rooms clean with all amenities. Great pool outdoor area. Great for getting uber to Broadway just a pity no local supermarket . Would recommend value for money"

"The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I do not have one thing negative to say about this beautiful hotel. If I were to give a recommendation, I wish there was a vending machine or a way to purchase bottled soft drinks for overnight. We didn't realize that we checked in after the cafe had closed and had no soft drinks for our room. It really wasn't an inconvenience but had we known we could have planned ahead. Overall, it was wonderful and we will definitely be back!"
