" Excellent service from the moment we arrived , our luggage was handled with care from the curb to our room, we received a warm welcome from the staff with a drink and a rose as it happened to be international women’s day… such a thoughtful gesture! The room was very clean and towels and linens were a great quality. We enjoy our balcony and a view of the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast , whatever you wanted they had … very enjoyable! "Staff were exceptional. Room was spacious, modern & very clean. Lovely view of the ocean & garden. Suite had a kitchen with kettle & toaster but no dishes, cutlery etc?? Good size fridge / freezer but very very noisy. Had a small balcony but only a plastic stool to sit on. Metal railings & air con housing were very rusty & badly corroded so didn't look 5☆ quality. Few local restaurants & spas across the road from hotel, which were good & a 15 minute walk to An Bang beach with lots of places to eat & drink. "
