"The front desk staff did not request identification—only my last name—before issuing a room key, which raised concerns regarding guest security. The room itself felt quite dated and is clearly in need of refurbishment. Additionally, both the sink and shower drained poorly, resulting in standing water after each use. While the carpet initially appeared clean, that impression quickly changed when I dropped an earring and had to search for it. In doing so, I found crumbs and debris on both sides of the bed, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned following the previous guest."

"The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical for a free meal. The entire hotel smelled like weed (elevator, lobby and hallways) and the floors and bathroom were dirty. It was fine for one night before our flight but would probably use somewhere else next time."

"Had an enjoyable stay. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. It seemed to be recently renovated. Excellent full breakfast. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Art at the front desk was very helpful in arranging the shuttle. The airport shuttle to the hotel took longer than expected. But, there was heavy traffic in and out of the airport at that time. So most shuttles were probably somewhat late."

"This hotel was an excellent location for the concert we attended at the Rosemont Theater. All we had to do was cross the street. We would stay there again. Hopefully not when Exxxotica is in town."

"Bed frame was broken on one side so the bed had a slant. Walks very thin. Could hear what the upstairs neighbors were doing/saying. Only good thing and useful was the complimentary shuttle to and from airport. Will not stay here again if in the area."
