The house is forty kilometers from Rome, close to rural areas and to beautiful Etruscan settlements, ideal place for a holiday between sea, history and nature.
It is a terraced house that borders with other villas, all whitewashed and typically Mediterranean, on two floors, with a large entrance on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, large double living room with fireplace, a hallway and an American kitchen. ; and on the first floor there are four comfortable bright bedrooms, one of which with a 10 sqm balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. It has a welcoming garden of about 70 square meters, where you can take a shower, after a day at sea, and eat on the veranda, under the umbrella. In the back, a larger garden of about 210 square meters, with fruit trees: pomegranate, apple tree, mandarin, strawberry tree, persimmon, medlar, cherry, azerulon and apricot.
