"The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. The wall in the shower was loosing plaster off the walls and the tub coating was peeling. We asked for a hair dryer and was told at the front desk they had a few but was all out!!! We went to brush our teeth and the drain in the bathroom did not go down at all? It was a terrible room! Not sure if all of them are that bad but we would like some of our money back for all our hard work!! We asked at the front desk and she said she would ask. We also just wanted a "printed" receipt and she could not even get us that???? Very Very disappointed!!! :("

"Very nice property. Good location. Staff was exceptional at solving problems. Reasons for the 4 rating. The pet deposit and fee were outrageous. 1) A $300 refundable deposit AND a $35 / night fee!!? I have never paid both at any hotel nor a deposit of that amount. Plus it took 5 days for me to get my deposit back and I had to call the hotel and the bank to make it happen. 2) It is impossible to find, especially at night. Directions from Apple were confusing and the intersection around it has traffic coming from 3 different directions. Overall a good stay."

"At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there again."
