"Location, theming, activities were amazing"

"It's always a fabulous experience at Cozy Haven Apartment! Locating the home, parking and entry (well lit) are super easy. All utilities/appliances/small appliances work well, are convenient and of great quality. Room a/c's are each excellent and amenities are generous and thoughtful. I so appreciate the location, the quietness of the home and area, and the amazingly convenient proximity to my destinations. Peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed and spacious bedroom with spacious closet are so appreciated. I also appreciate the washer/dryer. The owners are super nice, responsible and creative in the design and decor of this lovely apartment. Please see my previous reviews for more details. Thank you for another great stay!"

"Room was quite clean. Thought some things could have been slightly better maintained with damage from previous guests. Overall much better than almost all hotels. Breakfast buffet was a great value offering a legit full breakfast. Wish biscuits and gravy offered all weeklong vs weekends only. Low water pressure but adequate. Large rooms but they omit some storage space. I typically dont use and live out of suitcase anyhow. I was okay with it but tub had no fill spout for bathing kids, instead had a dual shower head."

"This was a perfect place for our family. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Located between Tampa and Orlando we there were many options as well as the cute town of Winter Haven. Stephen was friendly and responded to any questions immediately. We would stay here anytime we are in the area!"
