"First off, we won't be staying at this resort again. Basic amenities were not provided in our 3 bedroom condo. No wash cloths, no dish cloth or sponge, NO COFFEE, no baking sheets for cooking, 1 pod for dishwasher for our 3 night stay, 1 pod for washing machine, 1 extra garbage bag, etc. Not to mention, 2 fire alarms with zero explanation as to why (mid afternoon and one at 11:30 pm). We also had cockroaches in our room. I think they were living in the toaster. I killed 4 cockroaches during our stay. The bathrooms smelled like urine and were in need of some improvements like the floor tiles that had gaps between them, the toilets that were clearly caulked around several times but not recently, and the air conditioner filter that had not been changed in over 6 months. The restaurant on site was very slow to bring out our food and they were nowhere near capacity. There was never a time where you couldn't look around and see garbage laying somewhere near you. I clocked a full sized sheet of paper by the pool in the early morning that was still there in the evening and it had been joined by several empty drink cups, beer cans, etc. I never once saw a staff member pick up a single piece of garbage while I was there. If you're looking for poolside service for food and drinks, you'll want to go somewhere else. We were lucky enough to flag down a server on our first day and were not able to do so again during our stay. I'm limited to 1500 characters, but I promise there is more."

"For a family of 4 (two little kids), we still booked the two bedroom condo for four nights. It was nice sleeping in one room together with the two beds and getting to utilize both bathroom. The shower was amazing. We were able to text housekeeping for more towels every day. They did light cleaning one day and that's all we needed. The bed was comfy and the rooms stayed cold. The balcony facing the pool was a nice touch! Check in was a breeze. The pool was really nice and the kids enjoyed the splash pad. We will be back!!! "

"When they say light breakfast, they mean light breakfast it was basically a muffin and oatmeal and an apple. The rooms are very musty your towels do not dry out so we kept having to ask for fresh towels. Pool is clean though and they do have lounge chairs there so I was able to utilize that pillows are very small. They’re like a half pillow."

"We enjoyed our stay. There for business. The set up with 2 bedrooms each with a king and small kitchen was nice set up for a 4 night stay. Hotel is nice in a good location. "

"Came after spring break so not to crowded. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They have 1 restaurant. The day we arrived it was closed that evening because they had a convention and it was being used for a private party. Breakfast was good there. Had dinner there one night and the fish was very dry to the point that I did not eat it. The manager offered to send another meal or something else I chose not to since my husband was done eating at this point. 2 minute walk to Sunset Walk. That was fine for an evening. Only a couple of decent restaurants there. Be sure to use Uber not a taxi when going to and from airport and places of interest your looking to go. "

"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."
