"There is not adult hot tub and the water park closes at 5pm when you aren’t able to check-in until 4pm, so we were never able to go which was part of why we went there. "

And you have to deal with aggressive Timeshare solicitation in order to receive your parking pass for the property, they will not take no for an answer . Definitely not what you’d expect based off of the pictures and the reputation of the Hilton brand . "

"Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away. "
