"While there were many positives regarding my stay, everything seemed cheap. The blankets, the pillows were terrible, the toilet paper, the incredibly loud doors slamming shut every time someone left or entered their room….not worth the price. And the food was god awful. Those were not scrambled eggs, at least not from this planet. Up your game, Marriot, or lower the price and pay your staff better. The staff were nice and courteous. Pay em more."

"The only problem I had was, I had to pay an extra $50 fee for insurance for the room for damages and $10 parking extra that I did not approve once I booked through Expedia but other than that room is clean staff was amazing food for breakfast was delicious"

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. I can only say it's obvious to us the poor ratings are largely prejudicial for feeling uncomfortable due to it's location within the low income sprawl. I know this because I was raised within a block of the hotel 65 years ago. All said, why spend 3x or 5x the money to stay elsewhere? Frankly it's stupid! There is a high fence around the sides and back of the property with barbed wire that might be intimidating to some people. Some might think it's to keep people from coming onto hotel property. However, a close look reveals the fence has been constructed to prevent people from entering the adjacent business (not residential) properties when they are closed. Refurbishment is underway but slow due to the high cost. All I can say is don't write it off based upon comments by people who tried to take advantage of their policy of allowing a pet. The bad ratings was the result of a renter not disclosing the fact they had more than a dozen dogs that were part of a dog show. "

"We were worried about when we first pull in it looks like rough area. But we gave it a try. The staff she is so accommodating and respectful. We got room 154 facing the pool area. The room is not bad at all. There is no bugs and the bed is comfortable. It’s old hotel but clean and comfortable. And no one bother us during our stay eventhough there is a lot of people hanging out from outside. "

"The location was perfect for visiting the nearby college and also within easy walking distance to downtown, which made everything super convenient. It was cute, cozy, and exactly as described. Not fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The listing clearly noted that there weren’t many extra supplies or amenities, so nothing came as a surprise. I’d happily stay here again."

"Seth is a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout our stay, including clear instructions for parking (So convenient in the carport), check-in (conveniently electronic), and departure.The house is lovely and welcoming, with charming café-style string lights and an American flag out front. The layout is especially versatile, offering the option to divide the home into two separate living spaces—each with its own kitchen and sitting area—by simply closing a door.The showers are spacious, and the new air conditioning system cools the house quickly and efficiently. We also appreciated the sleeping arrangements, with three queen beds and a bunk bed setup, which made it comfortable for our group. The separated living area even has its own dedicated AC system that works very well.The location is convenient, with a Publix just a mile away and several great restaurants nearby.Overall, this was a fantastic stay—perfect for the airshow. Highly recommend!"
