"Just don't rent from Grand Welcome. Key entry code we were given didn’t work, took 3 phone calls to get inside. Pool filter wasnt functioning properly, couldn't come until the next day. It was on but water was stagnant and not circulating. One sink was clogged up and not useable. We knew there would be a limited supply of toilteries but there was zero toilet paper to be found on our arrival. To top it off we went to grill and noticed it was locked with a bike lock.
