"Positives - Full Gym - For a hotel- (Dumbells from 5lb - 100LB) - Sound Proofing in rooms Is great (Can’t hear screaming kids in adjacent rooms) - Multiple hot tubs, Sauna, Pool, Waterpark(mini) - 6 Min to Disney World Parks - Free amenities -$15 per Night Parking - Free breakfast Buffet before 11am *Overall* Not a “Premium resort”, meaning, if you’re looking for a resort with beach access, massages, included drinks, ect. This is not it. - But, it is a very nice, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with plenty of free amenities that go the extra mile. - Rooms are Clean, brand new, staff is friendly. Experience exceeded my expectations - Giovanni was amazing! "

"Room wasn’t clean upon arrival. Cabinet doors were hanging crooked . Kitchen wasn’t stocked with proper utensils, cooking related pots/pans etc. the pool and lazy river were both quite nice. "

"Awesome beautiful Property with super delicious breakfast. Staff was good too. Juat that we had to wait 1.5 for check-in after 4pm which was about 5:40pm that was a lil bump as kids were super tired and the Staff at the reception kept saying he does not know the estimated time for the room availability. Rest all, great trip."

"Tons of kids activities that are either free or a relatively low cost, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pools were nice and warm and our newly renovated unit was beautiful inside!"

"Property overall very nice and convenient. The shuttle service never answered so expect to walk if you are staying in the cottages, but it was still a nice walk to the resort. Make sure to bring your own towels if you are going to the waterpark as hotel nor park provide them. "

"Not impress with the staff regarding them trying to sell me one of there timeshares however since I don't have a husband I didn't qualify for the gifts. Single mothers are very successful on there own and don't always need a man. So being judged by that did not sit well. "
