"We were disappointed with the pool. The pool jets were very weak which did not make the pool clean. We are pool owners so we could compare. We enjoyed the community pool. Home was large and comfortable. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. Beds were a little too soft for us but home was clean. We could not get the volume to work in our bedroom tv so that was a disappointment. We had a great getaway otherwise. "

10/10 Excellent

"The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc."

"Room clean and property is very nice. Watch out for resort fees, the $40 per day was disclosed, but the other $20 resort access fee was not. When asked about thr fee the front desk stated that is a extra fee that you have to pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only."
